Billy Ray White, 71, of Atmore, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012, in Mobile.

Mr. White was a native of Baldwin County. He was born May 30, 1940 to the late Aldon and Marie Paul White. He worked as a carpenter.

Survivors are: his wife, Shirley White of Atmore; one Son, Mark White and wife, Michelle of Atmore; one Daughter, Sherry Rider and husband, Eddie of Loxley; one brother, Shelby White and wife, Rita of Saraland; four grandchildren, Britany Sells,
Tiffany Smith, Christopher White and wife, Victoria White; three great-grandchildren, Stephen Dunn, Cason Sells and Hunter Smith.

Services will be Wednesday March 14, 2012, at 11 a.m. from the Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Dukes officiating. Interment will follow in Booneville Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be Eugene Caraway, Justin Caraway, Billy Byrd, Rusty Lassitter, Thomas Holley and Dustin Mack.

Family received friends, Tuesday evening, March 13, 2012, at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
