Greenlawn Home Care netted a big victory Thursday, June 7 demolishing the Atmore Utilities Board in a 12-3, 5-inning blowout.

Tristan McAnally got things started for GHC in the first inning with a lead off score. Tyler Peebles and Hayden Hammond followed McAnally with scores of their own en route to a 3-0 lead.

The offensive production continued for Greenlawn as they racked up 2 runs in the second inning with another score from McAnally and a run from Matthew Ledford.

Third inning action saw GHC add to their 5-0 lead with scores from Newt Lambeth, Conner White, Seth Egee and a second run from Hammond, doubling their lead to 10-0.

Atmore Utilities Board finally found some success in the third inning, getting on board with a run from Jimmy Overstreet. Runs from Brandon Cummings in the fourth inning and Nytorius Cooler in the fifth closed the scoring gap somewhat for AUB, but their late production would not be enough to avoid the blowout.

A run from Trey Weeks and a third score from McAnally in the fifth inning would cement the win for Greenlawn Home Care.
