ATMORE – Calvin Earl Dees, was born April 22, 1960, to the late Allen Dees and Ms. Bessie James Dees in Atmore.

He attended high school and graduated in 1978. He was a self-employed mechanic.

His brother, Allen Deese and sisters, Jeraldine Deese and Doris Jean Mosley preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish sweet memories a loving and devoted mother, Bessie James Dees; son, Darryl McCall; two daughters, Kimyota Cobb and Karen McCall, all of Montgomery; two more children; one brother, Alvin (Shirley) Deese of Troy, N.Y.; three sisters, Mattie Scott of New Haven, Conn., Bessie (late Gary Felder) of Atmore and Brenda Brewster of Orlando, Fla.; one aunt, Hattie James of Evergreen; one brother-in-law, Willie Mosley of Atmore; one sister-in-law, Barbara Deese of New York; a grandson, Jacquez Cobb and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at 11 a.m. from Saints With a Vision. The viewing will be held at the church from 9 a.m. until service time.

Mayberry Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
