Escambia Academy guard Jordan Sasser achieved a feat not often seen in high school basketball: a triple double.
The Cougars defeated Central Christian on the road Tuesday night 84-74 and the win required a true team effort.
Sasser finished with double digits in three different statistical categories with 15 points, 11 rebounds, and 13 assists.
The team also had two players with double doubles. Garrett Kirk had 16 points and 10 rebounds, while Jacob Dean had 16 points and 11 rebounds.
Brett Helton had his strongest statistical performance of the season with 20 points, five assists, three steals, two rebounds and a block.
Blake Quimby continued his strong rebounding performance, as he tied Dean and Sasser for the team lead in rebounds with 11, while also contributing eight points and an assist.
