Dale Liesch has joined the staff of The Atmore Advance as a sports and news reporter.

Liesch, a Baldwin County native who has worked at newspapers in Alexander City and Franklin, Va., holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama.

“We are glad to have a journalist with such strong community newspaper experience join our staff,” said Kerry Whipple Bean, publisher. “Dale is familiar with our area, having grown up nearby, and is a welcome addition to our community.”
