An Atmore man arrested last week on Ridgeley Street is facing multiple sexual assault charges, according to information from the Escambia County Sheriff’s Department.

Antone D. Hartley was arrested by officers with the Atmore Police Department Monday, May 27 and was transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton where he was charged with sodomy and rape, both in the second degree.

According to information from the Atmore Police Department, the alleged crimes involved a minor and are still under investigation.
