Larry Eugene Clark

ATMORE – Larry Eugene Clark, 60, of Atmore transitioned from earth to eternal life on Monday, July 22, 2013, at Mobile Infirmary.

He was a native and resident of Atmore. He was a graduate of Escambia County Training School in 1971. He was a member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church, where he served as a deacon. He was a retired employee with The Community Action Agency of Baldwin, Escambia, Monroe and Conecuh Counties. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and auto mechanics.

Those left to embrace the memories of his life are two daughters, Kamisha Booker and Tiffany Smith both of Monroeville; one son, Tyrone Clark of Atmore; four sisters, Joyce North and Pollie Clark, both of Atmore, Easter Lean Clark of Hartford, Conn. and Lillian Curry of Miami; seven grandchildren; and  a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Home going services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2013, at the Empowerment Tabernacle Christian Center with Pastor Darryl North, officiating.    Inhumation will be in the Lucious Cemetery with Turner Funeral Chapel, LLC directing.
