The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office received 194 complaints for July 13-19. They also responded to six domestic calls and provided transportation for 15.
The office served 93 civil papers, four domestic escorts, and provided three funeral escorts.

Following are incident/offense reports filed with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office for the week of July 13-19.

July 13

Following are arrest reports filed with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office from July 13-19.

July 13
James Findley, 68, male, of First Avenue, Atmore, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

July 14
Hunter Scott Colbert, 22, male, of Deerfield Road, Atmore, was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Michael Steven Lane, 31, male, of Pace Road, Pace, Fla., was charged with resisting arrest; disorderly conduct; and assault, third degree.

July 15
Desmond Johnson, 19, male, of Bragg Street, Atmore, was charged with bond revocation.
Tiffany Love, 26, female, of Presley Street, Atmore, was charged with theft of property, second degree.

July 16
Brigitte Hoomes, 53, female, of Brandenburg Street, East Brewton, was charged with forgery, second degree, and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.
Daphne Kay Hughes, 42, female, of Rodman Street, Hollywood, Fla., was charged with failure to appear.

July 17
Larry T. Pettway, 39, male, of Pine Street, Atmore, was charged with 28 counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

July 18
Emily R. Kirchharr, 22, female, of U.S. 31, Bay Minette, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.  Tracy L. Sessions, 38, female, of Leroy Lane, Brewton, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

July 19
Joshua W. Boatwright, 20, male, of James Road, Atmore, was charged with failure to appear.
