United Bank President and CEO Robert R. Jones, III announced Wednesday that Anna Weaver has joined the United Bank team as a vice president and branch manager. According to a release from United Bank, Weaver will be responsible for growing and maintaining client relationships in the Pace, Fla. market and for the operations of the Pace branch.

“Having owned her own business, Anna brings a unique perspective to the position of branch manager,” Jones said. “She understands what personal and small business customers expect, and her experience in the financial service industry gives her the know-how to meet and exceed those expectations. I am proud to welcome Anna as the newest member of what has become a very strong team of Santa Rosa bankers.”

Weaver joins United Bank having spent five years in the banking industry in Santa Rosa County, according to the release. Her previous roles include senior teller, financial services representative and, most recently, branch manager in the Gulf Breeze area. From 2001 to 2006 Weaver owned and managed West Florida Trophies in Milton, Fla., where she gained experience with business development, marketing, bookkeeping and personnel management. She currently holds her insurance license in Florida for Life, Health and Variable Annuities.

A Birmingham native, Weaver is married to Rodney Weaver of Atmore. The couple resides in Pace and have a daughter and a son.
