Sandra Gray, CCOA member, said the event is designed to create a family-friendly atmosphere that will also provide public services, such as educational booths and information on kids’ health insurance.

Gray said this year’s event will take place today, from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. at Houston Avery Park, which is located at 200 Martin Luther King Ave.
