A new Youth Leadership Atmore class has been selected and members began their leadership journey recently with an overnight retreat to Beckwith Camp & Conference Center in Fairhope on Weeks Bay. They participated in fun ice-breakers, exciting water activity games, and — despite rain — personal challenges on the ropes course.

Members of this year’s class come from Atmore Christian School, Escambia Academy, Escambia County High School, home-schooled and Northview High School. They are Caitlyn Barnhill, Joshua Bonie, Alexis Clark, Claire Dawe, Rodrick Felder, Megan Fournier, Jocie Franco, Caleb Hochstetler, Wesley Hostetler, Benjamin Hubert II, Dana Hursh, Nicole Johnson, Garrett Kirk, Raven Lewis, Cecily McCullough, Perry Metzler, Amanda Moye, TyAnthony Riley, Anna Catherine Sasser, Jamey Vaughn, Morgan Ward, Jerome Webster Jr. and Dexter Williams.

This YLA class will now meet once a month from November through April to focus on different session topics.
