The Escambia County High School Blue Devils picked up their second win of the season Friday night with a 29-20 victory over rival Baldwin County High School.

The team’s conversion rate of Nine-for-10 on third down in the second half and a long, nine-minute drive that helped to ice the game went a long way in securing the win, coach Lev Holly said.

“This was a big game in terms of moving forward with what we want to do,” he said. “It was just one of those nights where you’re proud.”
