The Escambia Academy Cougars stayed undefeated Friday night, winning at Hooper Academy by the score of 41-0.

EA led 34-0 at halftime. EA sophomore running back Kris Brown scored two touchdown runs, and Brett Gorum, Kanoia Gumapac and J.P. Sawyer each scored one rushing touchdown.

The Cougars’ other touchdown came on a 32-yard fumble recovery by Gordon Brooks.

EA had 406 total yards of offense, and allowed just 70 total yards of offense.

The Cougars host Monroe Academy next Friday in a key region game.
