An Atmore woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash Monday morning.

According to Trooper Jamie Maloy of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Public Information and Education Unit, Deborah McIntosh Clark, 62, of Atmore, was killed when her 2001 Dodge pickup truck left the roadway, struck a ditch and then hit a tree.

The crash occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m., on Booneville Road approximately three miles north of Poarch.

Clark, who was not using a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.

No further information is available, as the Alabama State Troopers are continuing to investigate the crash.
