CSX Railroad will be closing the Second Avenue and Martin Luther King Drive railroad crossings beginning on Tuesday, May 26, or Wednesday, May 27, in the early morning hours.

This closing is necessary for repairs of the crossings. Residents are asked to avoid this area if at all possible. Detour signs will be placed to assist motorists in re-routing.

The proposed re-opening date for these crossings is Friday, May 29.
