Atmore’s 6U soccer teams wrapped up their season recently.

The teams received awards for the season. All teams were invited to spend some time playing on the water slide and to enjoy the great food after the games.

Atmore Area YMCA CEO Paul Chason thanked all of the sponsors and businesses for their support of the program.

“Without their support, we would not be able to provide a small celebration for our players, parents and volunteers,” he said.

The 8U and above teams traveled to Loxley on June 10 for the end-of-season tournament. Results from the tournament weren’t available as of press time Tuesday.
