Tropical storm conditions are possible for the Atmore and surrounding area Saturday and Sunday night as Tropical Storm Nate is projected to impact the northern Gulf Coast and the Florida Panhandle, according to the National Weather Service.

After Friday night, there is a percentage chance between 50-80 of showers on Saturday with the expected tropical storm conditions coming in that night and into Sunday. On Sunday night, there is a 60 percent chance of showers likely with windy conditions.
