Brandon Moore is not your typical 13-year-old. While his friends are out riding their bikes, he's riding bulls and riding them well. Moore finished as the top bull-rider in the Alabama Junior Rodeo Association (AJRA) for 1999-00 by taking first place in the state finals held in Montgomery June 13-17.
