Mr. Carl Williams Jr., 70, died Tuesday, August 1, 2000 in Ocala, Fla.
Mr. Williams was a native of Uriah and a resident of Ocala for the past nine years. He was a member of College Road Baptist Church and a retired owner/operator at Industrial Truck and Lift Company.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Alberta Williams of Ocala; two daughters, Elizabeth Wright of Longwood, Fla. and Judy C. Wise of Ocala; a son, Carl Rickey Williams of Ala.; a sister, Vicie Gregson of Mobile; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, August 5 at 11 a.m. at Mineola Baptist Church with Pastor Wayne MacMillan and Pastor Buddy Williams officiating.
Burial was at Poplar Springs Cemetery in Uriah.
Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
