Ms. Leila Dean Pickron, 92, died Sunday, August 13, 2000.
Ms. Pickron was a native of McCullough and a resident of Gulf Shores.
She is survived by two sons, Charles Pickron of Cummings, Ga. and Bobby Pickron of Gulf Shores; four daughters, Dorothy Hubert of Montgomery; Doris Hayles of Mobile, Nell Hadley of Tamassee, S. C. and Betty Mason of Uriah; a sister, Anna Solomon of Mobile; 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 15 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial was at McCullough Cemetery.
Baldwin Funeral Home in Gulf Shores was in charge of arrangements.
