Last year's War Eagle and Roll Tide yard signs were such a hit, Kitty Day and Sue Beck are repeating the fund-raiser this year.
Day and Beck, co-captains of the First National Bank Relay for Life team, said avid Auburn and Alabama football fans embraced the "friendly" rivalry and helped the Relay team raise money for the American Cancer Society.
For only $10, you can have a sign placed in someone's yard the week before the "big" game. Buck Powell, one of Atmore's staunchest Auburn fans, had the most Roll Tide signs placed in his yard last year. And Jeff Anderson, a fierce Alabama fan, ended up with more than 30 War Eagle signs in his yard.
Day reminds participants that the $10 contribution is not for purchase of the signs.
Game day is Nov. 18. Signs will be placed in yards through Nov. 17. They will be picked up before game time Saturday.
The contribution is tax-deductible. Beck and Day are taking orders now through Nov. 16. They can be reached at First National Bank, 368-3148.
