Mr. Stephen Stabler, 82, of Bratt died Monday December 4, 2000, in Atmore
He was a retired farmer, a World War II veteran and a Member of Pine Barren Baptist Church.
Mr. Stabler is preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Frances R. Stabler, two brothers, Lee Stabler and William "Bill" Stabler, and a son-in-law, Horace Jackson.
She is survived by three daughters; Shirley Jackson of Bratt, Brenda Morley and her husband, David, of Grand Bay and Glenda Campbell and her husband, Mike, of Pensacola; a brother, Rev. Earl Stabler of Bratt; six grandchildren, Darrell Jackson, Pam Brown, Angela Anthony, Deana Rodriques, Stephen Campbell and Kevin Campbell and seven great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends Wednesday evening, December 6, at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 7 at 10 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kevin Flannigan officiating.
Burial will be at Godwin Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, lNC is in charge of arrangements.
