Meagan Danielle Boughner, 11, of Century died Sunday, December 10, 2000.
She was a lifelong resident of Escambia County and a student at Carver Middle School in Century. She was a member of Poplar Dell Baptist Church where she was very active in the youth group. She cheered and played softball for the Century black Cats.
She is survived by her parents, Kevin and Louann Boughner; a sister, Gretchen; grandparents Wayne and Nita Key; great-grandparents, William H. Waldrop of Pensacola and Bonnie M. Key of Delta, Ala. and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 13 at 3 p.m. at Poplar Dell Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Gandy officiating.
Burial will be at Poplar Dell Baptist Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Jared Gandy, Jimmy Morris, Daniel Morris, Scobie Wilcoxin, Donnie Macks and Dusty Clemons. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Youth Group of Poplar Dell Baptist Church and fellow classmates of the sixth grade of Carver Middle School.
Waters and Hibbert Funeral Home in Pensacola is in charge of arrangements.
