Ms. Queen "Queenie" Johnson, 72, died Tuesday, January 30, 2001, at Mobile Infirmary Hospital.
She was a native of Perdue Hill and a resident of Atmore. She was a member of Faith Tabernacle Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mazzie Johnson and four brothers, Sullivan Davis, Charlie Marshall, James Harold and Henry Johnson.
Ms. Johnson is survived by two sisters, Essie M. Clausell of Weirton, W. Va. and Mattie Williams and her husband, Elder Woodrow Wilson, of Mobile and four brothers, William Johnson and his wife, Clarice, of Sacramento, Calif. and Wilson Thomas and his wife, Celia M., Thomas Johnson and his wife, Maggie, and Arthur Johnson and his wife, Pearlie, all of Mobile.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 6 at 1 p.m. in Freemanville with Elder Van McPherson officiating.
Burial was at Davis Cemetery.
Robinson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
