Mr. Clenton Alex Harris, 82, died Sunday, March 18, 2001 at North Baldwin Hospital.
Mr. Harris was a member of First Baptist Church of Bratt and served in the U. S. Marine Corps during W.W. II.
He was precede in death by his wife of 57 years, Zelma Murrell Harris.
Mr. Harris is survived by two sons, Charles L. Harris of Atmore and Clint Harris Jr. of Bratt; a daughter, Myrle Hanks of Bratt; a sister, Myrtle Ryland of Elba; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 21 at 10 a.m. at Atmore Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jessie Bailey officiating.
Burial will be at Godwin Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mark Hanks, Wayne Gunn, Wade Harris, Terry Harris, Todd Harris and Mark Harris.
Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
