Mr. W. L. "Buck" Conway, 62, died Saturday, March 3, 2001.
He was a lifelong resident of Bratt and had served in the U. S. Navy.
Mr. Conway was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Levi "Runt" Conway.
He is survived by a son, Leonard Conway and his wife, Darlene, of Brewton; a daughter, Sheila Crowder and her husband, Mark, of Pell City; a brother, Benard Conway of Bratt; two sisters, Iona Steele of Brewton and Jeanette Miyaji of Bay Minette and four grandchildren, Rhonda Crowder, Sabrina Hall Conway, Candi Crowder and Luke Crowder.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 26 at 1 p.m. at Atmore Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Evon Ingram officiating.
Burial was at Godwin Cemetery.
Atmore Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
