Henry Thomas Norton, 83, died Tuesday, May 22, 2001, at North Baldwin Hospital.
He was a lifelong resident of Lottie, member of Tensaw Holiness Church and had been a farmer all of his life.
Norton is survived by his wife of 59 years, Annie L. Norton of Lottie; three sons, Tommy Norton of Bay Minette, Victor Norton of Milton and Andy Norton of Atmore; two daughters, Doris Jordan of Flomaton and Carol Norton of Bay Minette; a brother, Bill Norton of Bay Minette; five sisters, Alline Flemming of Ona, Fla., Reba Richards, Irene Pheffer and Lizzie Walton, all of Rabon and Bernice Parker of Monroeville; 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, May 25 at 11 a.m. at Atmore Memorial Chapel with Brother Tony Floyd and Sister Helen Stewart officiating.
Burial was at Presley Cemetery.
Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
