Mrs. Lillie Mae House, 88, of Uriah died Thursday, June 14, 2001, in a local hospital. Mrs. House was a native and life-long resident of Uriah and a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Harold House and Don House, both of Uriah; one daughter, Janette Daniel of Foley; two brothers, James Timothy and Eugene Timothy, both of Uriah; a sister, Lucille Young of Pensacola; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 16 at 11 a.m., at Poplar Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Grindle and the Rev. Rhett Ellis officiating.
Burial was at the church cemetery.
Johnson Funeral Home of Monroeville was in charge of arrangements.
