Mr. John Henry Eddins, 86, passed away July 26, 2001, at a Pensacola nursing home.
Eddins was a native of Atmore and a member of the Assemblies of God Church.
He is survived by two daughters, Velma and Robert Brown, and Nora Eddins; a son, John and Patricia Eddins of Atmore; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Revor Godwin.
Funeral services were held Sunday, July 29, 2001, 2 p.m., at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North with the Rev. Dan Strickland and the Rev. Gene Hudson officiating.
Burial was in Godwin Cemetery in Bratt, Fla.
Faith Chapel Funeral Home North, Cantonment, was in charge of arrangements.
