Following their 34-21 victory over Vernon High School two weeks ago, the Northview High School Chiefs are anxious to get back on the field. "We are extremely proud of the way our guys played against Vernon, " said coach Bo Lambeth. "Despite the rainy conditions, we were able to move the ball. Quarterback Kyle Williams was 13-20 passing on the night in the victory"
Northview's next opponent will be Arnold High School from Panama City. They have won their last two games by a total margin of 76-13. "Arnold has a very powerful offense, " Lambeth stated. " They run a split backfield and like to run the veer and the option. We have studied the films and believe that we are ready for a great game."
The game will be played this Friday night at the Northview High School Field. The game against Arnold will be the first area contest of the season. Game time will be at 7:30 PM.
