Charles N. Kearley

Mr. Charles N. Kearley, 90, died Tuesday, October 23, 2001 in Montgomery, Ala.
Mr. Kearley was a native of Atmore, past resident of Gainesville, Fla and a resident of Montgomery for the past 1 1/2 years. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Gainesville and Aldersgate Methodist Church in Montgomery. He was a graduate of Auburn University, had served in the U. S. Army during WWII and was retired from the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Department.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Howard Kearley and Thompson Kearley and two sisters, Susie Jackson and Helen G. Kearley.
Mr. Kearley is survived by his wife, Annie Leigh Kearley of Montgomery; two daughters, Barbara Cassels of Montgomery and Martha Sule and her husband, Frank of Danville, Va.; a sister, Nell Hibbert of Pensacola; five grandchildren, Sam Cassels, Charles Kearley Cassels, Robert Sule and his wife, Heather, Cheryl Sule and David Sule and great-grandson, Landon Sule.
Funeral services were held Saturday, October 27 at 2 p.m. at Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Burt Weise officiating.
Burial was a Oakhill Cemetery.
Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
