Mr. Joseph Edward Roberts Jr., 47, died Monday, November 12, 2001, in Molino.
Mr. Roberts was a life long resident of Century and an employee of ATACO in Cantonment.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Edward Roberts Sr.
Mr. Roberts is survived by his mother, Ruby Mae Brown of Century; step-mother, Rozetta Hamilton of Century; four brothers, Harold Roberts and his wife, Diane, of Compton, Calif., Bobby Hamilton and his wife, Karen, of Los Angeles, Calif., MacArthur Roberts and his wife, Debra, of Holland, Mich. and Elston Watson of Fla.; seven sisters, Deloria Wright and Bernice Marshall, both of Hahira, Ga., Martha Kemp and her husband, Karl, Joan Davis and her husband, Larry and Hortense Roberts, all of Los Angeles, Janice Jennings and her husband, Charles, of Las Vegas, Nev. and Geraldine Johnson and her husband, Kenny of Atmore; very special friend, Wiggins Washington and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, nieces and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, November 17, at 11 a.m. at Pilgrim Lodge Baptist Church in Century.
Burial was at Century Cemetery.
Robinson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
