Thanks to the Atmore community and businesses the LA Bikers' Toys for Tots was a huge success.
The auction raised over $1600. 00 for our tots. We also had a number of businesses donate money for the tots. This will be a very nice start to buy Christmas gifts.
Thanks to some of our familiar faces in town such as Atmore's mayor, Howard Shell, Buck Powell, school superintendent, Betty Warren, Huxford School principal made the auction exciting.
Also, a big thanks goes out to our very own auctioneer, Jim Staff. He did a great job and got the highest bid for each item.
A very special thanks to the following residents and businesses who donated items that were auctioned at the 2nd Annual Toys for the Tots Auction: Maxine Godwin, Kathy Griffin, Susan Hadley, Aurora Crook, Mr. and Mrs. Hicks, Pop Staff, Julie McDonald, Katie and Elvis Presley, Lary Godwin, Linda Bailey, Ben Brown, Howard Jordan, Chipper Staff, Ben Odom, Todd Linam, David's Catfish House, Staff Chevrolet, Atmore Auto Parts, Angela and Co., ABC Beverage, Atmore Flower Shop, First National Bank, Escambia Lawn and Rental, Hooter's of Pensacola, Cookie Jar, Atmore Carpets, Joey's Furniture, Strand Theatre, Jerry's hardware, John Deere, Bondurant Lumber, Escambia Drug Store, Carl's Tot Shop, Central Farm Supply, Pepsi, Miller's Pawn Shop, B&B Corral, Edgars Office Supply, South Alabama Gas, Buster's Restaurant, Country Charms, Hendricks Tractor, Vanity Fair, United Bank, Swifts Supply, Hazel's Curl Country, State Line Pawn Shop, Stablers, Anderson's Radio Shack, Nancy's, Just 4 Kids, Baber's Leasing, Regions Bank, Odom's Contruction.
