Atmore Fire Department personel attempt to put out a fire at a North Main Street mobile home last Wednesday. Chief Danny McGhee said that when firefighters arrived at the scene, the home was completely englufed in flames. The home was totally destroyed by the fire. There were no smoke detectors in the home.
