Mr. Michael D. Booth. 45, died Monday, January 14, 2002, after a lingering illness.
Mr. Booth was born in Joliet, Ill., and became a resident of Florida two years ago. He was a welder by trade.
Mr. Booth is survived by two sons, Steven Booth and Matthew Booth, both of Lanore City, Tenn.; his daughter, Jacquelin Booth of Lanore City; his parents, Elizabeth and James Booth of Leesburg, Fla; three sisters, Rosanne (Bob) Goner of Naperville, Ill., Dawn (Al) Novak of Plainsville, Ill., and Lisa Booth of Orlando, Fla. and two brothers, James Booth of Joliet and Steven Booth of Leesburg.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 16, from 10 a.m. until funeral time at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 16 at 12 noon at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home, Burial will follow at Magnolia cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hospice of Lake County and Sumter County in Florida.
Eastside Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
