Hazel "Jeanette" Godwin, 68, of Bluff Springs, Fla., died Saturday, March 30, 2002, at a Pensacola nursing home after an extended illness.
She is survvied by her husband of 48 years, Paul Joseph Joe' Godwin of Bluff Springs; a daughter, Sandy Collier and her husband, Neal, of McDavid; three sons, Paul Godwin and his wife, Debbie, of Woodlands, Texas, Jimmy Godwin and his wife, Vicki, of Byrneville and Jackie Godwin and his wife, Margaret, of Bluff Springs; grandchildren, Preston, Dusty, Amber, Ashley, Brandy, Jenna, Seana, Whitney and John; a great-granddaughter, Leia Godwin; a brother, Aubrey Freeman and his wife, Louise, of Milton; and two sisters, Audrey Cook and her husband, Wheeler, of Chumuckla and Helen Clark of Milton.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 2 at 10 a.m. at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Shelton officiating.
Burial followed at Crary Cemetery in Bluff Springs.
Eastside Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
