Mr. Marshall L. Bowman, 80, of Atmore died Wednesday, April 3, 2002, in Pensacola.
He was a life long Master Carpenter born in Escambia County.
Mr. Bowman is survived by his wife, Mildred T. Bowman of Atmore; two sons and five daughters, Judy Parmer and her husband, Olion, and Faye Lassiter and her husband, Billy, all of Atmore, Margaret Ann Odom and her husband, James, and Sherry Milstid, all of Pensacola; Mark Bowman and his wife, Emily, of Lottie, Cindy Weaver and her husband, B, of Magnolia Springs, Matthew'Matt' Bowman and his wife, Cathy, of Lottie; five sisters: Pauline Ikner of Pensacola, Thelma Ward and Elaine Wiggins, both of Goodway, Gloria James of Excel, Francis Hardin of Eight Mile; 18 grandchildren and eight great-Grandchildren.
Services were held Saturday April 6, 2002 at 2 p.m. from Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steve Gregory officiating Burial followed in Lottie New Home Cemetery.
Active Pallbearers are Leon Tolin, Bill Tyree, LeRoy Tolbert, James Varnet, James Harold Taylor and Bill Riddlehoover Honorary pallbearers were: Willard Tyree, Charles Stephenson, James Caraway, Yuell Linam, and Barney Tyree,Sr.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
