Miss Katie Marie Robinson Lockett, 18, of Walnut Hill, died Sunday, June 9, 2002, in Walnut Hill.
She was a native of McComb, Miss., a student and resident of Walnut Hill.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Lee Lockett.
Miss Lockett is survived by her mother and step-father, Sarah Lindsey Garrett and Dennis A. Garrett of Walnut Hill; a brother, William Lindsey Brown of Canoe; a sister, Allison McDonald of Macon, Ga.; three step-brothers, Dennis A. Garrett II of Molino, James L. Garrett of Bratt and David Garret of Robertsdale; grandmother, Virginia Lucille Lockett and step-grandmother, Mary Lee Garrett of Bay Springs, Fla.
Funeral services were held Thursday, June 13 at 2 p.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Burl Phillips officiating.
Burial followed at Bay Springs Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Dennia A. Garrett II, Jamie Garrett, Wesley Chunn, Jason Chunn, David Garrett and Mathew Shanks. Honorary pallbearers were Benjamin Martin, Benjamin Lindsey and John Comalander.
Johnson-Quimby FUneral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
