Infant Azahria Sade Hall-Johnson died Wednesday, June 19, 2002.
She is survived by her father and mother, Fred Johnson and Theresa Hall, both of Atmore and a grandmother, Lillie Bell Hall of Atmore.
Graveside services were held Friday, June 21 at 3 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery.
Jonson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
