Man charged in shooting death of uncle

A Century, Fla., man has been charged in the shooting death of his uncle.
At approximately 9 p.m. Wednesday, Escambia County, Fla., Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call on a shooting victim in the 2400 block of West Highway 4 in the Byrneville Community.
When deputies arrived, they made contact with Alfred Bruce Hall, 20, who said his uncle had been shot. The victim, 46-year-old Roger Rogers, was found lying in the front yard.
Rogers had been shot in the groin with a 12-guage shotgun following an alleged altercation with the suspect. Rogers was transported to West Florida Hospital, where he died shortly before 1 a.m. Thursday.
Hall was arrested and charged with an open count of murder. He was booked into the Escambia County Jail without bond.
