With the chance of one or more automotive suppliers coming to South Alabama in the near future, a group of citizens is formulating a long-range plan for future growth and development in the city.
Atmore's future is in the hands of its citizens, and organizers of the Atmore Community Strategic Planning Committee are asking residents to answer three simple questions:
Answers can be provided to the committee during a Town Meeting to be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday in the Atmore City Hall Auditorium. Every resident of Atmore is encouraged and urged to come to the meeting and voice their opinion in helping to play for Atmore's future.
The Atmore Community Strategic Planning Committee is a grassroots, citizen-driven project.
