On March 18, the Chamber will offer a seminar entitled, "WOW Marketing for Small Business." Facilitated by Diana Gillam of United Bank, this event will be held at the Atmore Community Cup. Call the Chamber at 368-3305 for reservations.
The Community Pride Committee meets each Wednesday morning at New York Life on South Main Street. In the past year, this committee initiated a project to improve the aesthetics in the downtown, which resulted in wooden planters on Main Street.
The "So Glad You Asked" pamphlets in area motels and restaurants were also a results of these meetings. If you would like to participate in a focus group aimed at improving Atmore's image, join us on Wednesday mornings at 8 a.m.
