The following short profiles on military personnel who have local connections are provided here to remind readers of the local sacrifices being made
Christopher Wyatt Robinson
An Atmore native, Robinson is the son of Wyatt and Carol Robinson. He and his wife, Pam (Spence) Robinson have two children, Autumn Robinson and Brayden Robinson. He also has two brothers, Cassidy Dukes and Calem Searcy, and a sister, Amy Phillips.
Robinson is a Staff Sergeant with the United States Air Force, where he services as a prop specialist on C130's. He is attached to a special operation base out of Mildenhall, England, and his whereabouts are classified at this time.
Stephen Williams
A native of Atmore, he completed basic training in Illinois in March of 2002, and he graduated from Nuclear Power School as an E-3 on April 8.
He is currently working with hands-on training in nuclear power in Charleston, S.C.
He is the son of Theodis and Brenda Williams and the grandson of Kitty Williams, the late Cleveland Williams and O.Z. and Earnestine Riley.
