Tee-Ball action approaching homestretch

Action in the Atmore Tee-Ball League continued this past week, with games being played every weeknight except Wednesday.
Action is beginning to wind down for the league, with most teams having five or fewer games left on the schedule. The season is scheduled to end on the last Saturday of this month.
The following are recaps from some of the games played recently:
James Gang 26, Angela and Company Angels 3
Casey Jackson turned an unassisted triple play in the first inning of the contest while Tristan Montgomery hit a "bounce over" in the second frame for the James Gang.
Also for the James Gang, D'Andrez McCarthy scored four times while Damion Howard also scored four runs and Casey Jackson scored five times and drove in three runs. Melik McMillan scored four times and drove in five runs while Drake Hamilton scored four times and collected four RBI. Tristan Montgomery scored four runs and drove in five more while Johnny Stephens, Jr., scored once and had an RBI. Kaylee Cox collected four RBI while Christopher Fay had three RBI and Auburn Bailey drove in a run.
For the Angels, Tadd Wall-Huskey had an RBI while Trey McGhee scored once and K.K. Rolin scored a run and drove in another. Lil Rick Reed scored a run and drove in a run.
Tri-Co Electric Shockers 34, Coley Air Conditioning Coolers 34
In the only tie ballgame of the year so far, each team battled back and forth throughout the contest before it was called a tie after six innings of play.
For the Shockers, Alexis Clark scored six runs while Steven Keane scored a run and drove in a pair of runs and Joshua Hill scored three times and collected three RBI. Mason Caraway had a huge night with six runs scored and seven rBI while Cruz Angeles scored twice and drove in a run and Jamiya Reimbert scored twice and collected two RBI. Austin Shuttlesworth helped lead the offense by scoring five runs and driving in six others while Brad Quimby scored a run and drove in four runs. Jake Leachman collected seven RBI while Evan Riley drove in a pair of runs. Arron Lambeth scored four times and Kevin Brown crossed the plate five times.
For the Coolers, Tucker Boatwright four five runs and drove in four while Robin Swift scored six times and collected three RBI and Gage White scored three runs and drove in eight. JaDarius Brown scored six runs and had five RBI while Koty Morgan scored four times and drove in seven runs. Canyon Moye collected three RBI while Baccari Ramer had four RBI and Kassie Overstreet scored three times. Raymon Johnson scored a run while Kortlan Peebles added two runs and Christopher Hollinger scored four times.
McKinley Auto Oilers 25, Diamond Gasoline Pumpers 19
For the Oilers, Malcolm Black scored two runs while Taylor McGhee scored four times and drove in a run. Hunter Dettling scored four times and added four RBI while Kenneth Sage had three runs and drove in two runs. Dustin Lindsey scored four times and drove in six runs while Clay Helton scored twice and collected three RBI. Ciera Sharp scored a run and drove in two more while Shanna Gregson scored twice and drove in two runs. Evan Graham collected two RBI while Malcolm Black scored four times and drove in three runs.
McGhee doubled in the first inning while Lindsey turned an unassisted double play in the second inning.
For the Pumpers, Lacorya Harris scored two runs and drove in three more, Nolan White scored once and drove in a run and Samantha Miller scored twice. Tyshawn Boben scored twice and drove in two runs while Garrett Kirk scored twice and drove in a run. Madison Prewett scored two runs and drove in two me while John Patrick Sawyer scored two runs and drove in two. Maggie Jaye scored three runs while Darrius Norman scored a run and collected an RBI, Ashleigh Simpkins scored a run and Xavier scored a run and drove in another run.
James Gang 30, Blue Flames 18
The game ended quickly when Casey Jackson turned an unassisted triple play in the fifth frame to end the contest.
For the James Gang, D'Andrez McCarthy scored five times while Damion Howard added four runs and Jackson scored five times and drove in four runs. Johnny Stephens, Jr., scored a pair of runs and collected an RBI while Drake Hamilton scored five times and drove in seven runs. Tristan Montgomery scored five runs and drove in three while Randy Johnson, Jr., with two RBI, Kaylee Cox with five RBI, Christopher Fay with four RBI and Caleb Martin wtih two RBI all contributed to the offensive cause. Melik McMillan scored twice and drove in a run while Blake Allen scored twice and drove in a run.
For the Blue Flames, Joseph Samson scored once and drove in two runs while Ty Anthony Riley scored a run and Tristan Agerton scored twice and collected two RBI. Allison Woods scored four times and drove in a pair of runs while Cameron Harp scored once and collected a pair of RBI. Tyshawn Riley drove in two runs while Bradley Sanders scored four times and DyQuan scored once and drove in three runs. Kishan Patel scored a run and Derick Peebles scored three runs and drove in four more.
McKinley Auto Oilers 33, Coley Air Conditioning Coolers 10
For the Oilers, Malcolm Black scored five runs while Hunter Dettling scored five times and collected three RBI and Nathan Donald scored five times and drove in four runs. Taylor McGhee scored five times and drove in five runs while Kenneth Sager scored four runs and collected seven RBI. Dustin Lindsey scored five times and drove in two runs while Clay Walker scored four times and drove in five runs. Shane drove in three runs while Ciera Stots drove in a run.
For the Coolers, Tucker Boatwright scored a run while Robin Swift scored two and Gage White scored a pair. Jay Brown scored two runs and drove in two more while Koty Morgan scored two runs and drov ein two runs. Canyon Moye scored a run and drove in another while Baccari Ramer, Kortlan Peebles and Christopher H. all collected an RBI each during the contest.
