Northview High School Volleyball player Summer Pilgrim signed a contract on Thursday to play ball with the University of South Alabama while family, friends and coaches looked on. "I'm just elated. She's worked real hard and she's learned that hard work and discipline pay off," said mother Jeanne Pilgrim. "It's a good school and I like the coach . It's far enough away and close enough to home at the same time," said Pilgrim.
