Edna Mae Hadley
July 27, 2003
Edna Mae Hadley, 77, of Atmore, died Sunday at Atmore Nursing Home. She was born in Bay Minette and was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Lee Hadley of Atmore and Luke Mitchem of Spanish Fort; two daughters, Maxine Hall of Loxley and Lorraine Gray of Atmore; one sister, Eunifay Mitchem of Atmore; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at Norris Funeral Home. Burial followed at Lottie Methodist Cemetery.
Norris Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Margaret Elouise Coleman

Margaret Elouise Coleman, 79, of Enon, died Saturday at her daughter's residence. She was born August 6, 1923 in Century to the late Charles and Ruby Odom Jackson. She was a homemaker and a member of Enon Pentacostal Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jackson C. Coleman; a son, Marion C. Coleman; a daughter, Bertha C. Taylor; three brothers, Horace Jackson, Royce Jackson, and Lewis Jackson; and two grandsons.
Mrs. Coleman is survived by one son, Earnest Coleman and wife Joyce of Enon; one daughter, Betty Amerson and husband Curtis of Enon; two sisters, Pearl Alford and husband Pete and Nell Hall, all of Perdido; two brothers, Frank Jackson and wife Alice and Edward Jackson and wife Freda, all of Stapleton; eleven grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dale Bennett officiating. Burial followed at Enon Cemetery. Active pallbearers were Alex Amerson, Paul Coleman, Adam Amerson, Tracy Fisher, Brian Williams, Rayford Hall, Darrell Jackson, Jason Amerson, and Tom Dudgeon.
In lieu of flowers send donations to Covenant Hospice, Pensacola.

James Bernard Singleton

Mr. James Bernard Singleton, 72, of Perdido, died Saturday in a Mobile hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Sudie Singleton and four brothers, Edward, Lenard, Earl, and Carlols Singleton.
He is survived by his wife, Alma Easterling Singleton of Perdido; one daughter, Linda Kaye Helton and husband Chet of Atmore; two sons, Garrie Singleton and wife Shannon and Atmore and Chris Singleton of Canoe; one step-daughter, Vicki Shaver of Canoe; one step-son, Bud Shaver and wife Belinda of Fort Benning, Ga.; three brothers, Albert Singleton, Ray Singleton, and Barney Singleton, all of Atmore; three sisters, Thelma Barnes and Laura Weaver, both of Atmore, and Sue Knisley of Montgomery.
Funeral services were held Tuesday from Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Don Davis officiating. Burial followed at Robinsonville Methodist Cemetery. Pallbearers were Albert Singleton, Ray Singleton, Barney Singleton, Perry Singleton, Terrell Allen Singleton, and David Weaver. Honorary pallbearers were Ray James, Bud Shavers, and Larson Bryars.
Atmore Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
Ruby Baker Flowers

Mrs. Ruby Baker Flowers, 88, died July 22 in Atmore. She was a native of Walnut Hill and attended the New Life Fellowship Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Marion "Pud" Baker, Jr. and E. D. Flowers.
She is survived by two sons, Jerril N. Baker and wife Martha of Atmore and Rev. Father Milledge Baker and wife Barbara of Walnut Hill; one daughter, Fran Herndon of Houston, Texas; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Todd Bush officiating. Burial followed at Walnut Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Anthony Lamb, Carlos Albritton, Edward Albritton, Jeffery Godwin, Bo Lehmann, and Kavanah Hare.
Eastside Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
