Unfortunately Friday night did not bring any treats as the Cougars lost the game to Monroe Academy. Monroe wrapped up the game with a final score of 34 – 21. This brings the Cougars record for the season to 2-8. The win allows Monroe Academy to travel to Bessemer Academy next week for the first round of playoffs.
