Ollie Naomi Dailey, 103, formerly of Atmore, died Wednesday at her residence in Moss Point, MS.

Mrs. Lillie Beulah Campbell

Mrs. Lillie Beulah Campbell, 91, died Wednesday at a Florida hospital. Mrs. Campbell had been a native of Arley, and a resident of Century since 1959. She attended the Century First Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Thomas Campbell and two infant sons, Rex Auburn Campbell and James Rodney Campbell. She is survived by three sons, Wendell Abner and Nellie Ann Campbell of Appleton, Robert David and Wanda Campbell of Thomasville, and Coy Franklin and Dianne Campbell of Molino,; her daughter, Wilda Jean and Gary Barrow of Byrneville,; her sister, Ruby Witt of Trinity,; 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Saturday at the Providence Cemetery in Moulton. Her grandsons were the pallbearers.

Mr. Charlie Watkins

Mr. Charlie Watkins,89, died Tuesday at D. W. McMillan Hospital in Brewton. He was a native of Jay, FL and a resident of Flomaton, AL for many years. he was a member of Damascus Baptist Church in Flomaton and served on the Deacon and Trustee Board. He was a maintenance worker for the post office.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Cary Watkins Sr. and Ossie Page Watkins. He is survived by his wife, Eartha Ree Watkins of Flomaton; one daughter, Catherine Melissa Jones of Portland, Ore.; one sister, Zeter Riley of Atmore; two brothers, Cary Watkins, Jr. of Century, and George A.C. Watkins of Bay Minette, and six grandchildren.
Services were held Saturday at Damascus Baptist Church in Flomaton, with the Rev. Henry Hawkins officiating. Burial was at Jordan-Pleasant Cemetery in Flomaton, Pallbearers were friends and family members.

John Wesley Huggins

Mr. John Wesley Huggins, 71, of Frisco City, died Tuesday at his home.
He was a naive of Frisco City and a member of the Holiness faith. He was preceded in death by his parents Phillip Wilburn Huggins and Bessie Bama Ledkins Huggins; a brother, Harvey Huggins; and two sisters, Lillie Mae Mooney and Era Silcox.
He is survived by a brother, Floyd Huggins of Frisco City, and three sisters, Adelle White of Atmore, Vera Davidson of Molino and Faye Turner of Atmore.
Grave side services were held Friday at Oak Grove Assembly of God Cemetery in the Wildfork community with Rev. Clara Jean Free officiating.

Leon Walker

Mr. Leon Walker, 65, of Pensacola, died Monday at a local nursing home. Mr. Walker was born Aug. 22, 1938 in Atmore. He was a professional painter and he loved his family, life and was an avid outdoorsman.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Walker; his parents, Leonard and Julia Walker; a sister, Joyce Walker; brothers, Glen, Clarence and "Bug" Walker.
He is survived by a daughter, Jamie Long and husband John; stepchildren, Ronald and Rodney Lewis Sr.; granddaughter, Julia Long; stepgrandchildren, Mary Lewis, Rodney Lewis Jr., Nikki Lewis and Belinda Welch; sister, Eunice Lewis and husband Gene and Debra Barnes and husband Perry; brothers, Carol Walker, Bobby Walker and wife Diane, Clayton Walker and wife Marie and David Walker, best friend and caregiver, Major and Wanda Page; and a host of loving family and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday at Enon Baptist Church with the Rev. Ed Macmillen officiating. Burial was in Enon Baptist Church Cemetery.

Ellis Arrington

Mr. Ellis Arrington, 87, died Friday. He was a native of Sumter County and an Atmore resident for many years. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and a retired metallurgist with Kaiser Aluminum of Illinois. He was a member of Church of God of Prophecy in Atmore.
He is survived by his wife, Seila Montgomery-Arrington of Atmore; one son, Rev. Harold Arrington of Harvey, Ill; a daughter, Lyndell Arrington of Mountain View, Calif.; one sister, Tensie Arrington of Palo Alto, Calif.; nine brothers, Adam Arrington of Pittsburg, Calif., Joe Nathan Arrington of Mobile, Nathaniel Arrington of York, Matthew Arrington, Jr. of Chicago, Earl Arrington, Lonzo Arrington and Allen Arrington, all of Birmingham, Tyrone Arrington of Detroit, and Dexter Arrington of Nebraska; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held 1-8:30 p.m. Friday at Turner Funeral Chapel with family time from 7:15 to 8:30. Services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Faith Tabernacle Holiness Church in Atmore with Bro. Ricky Aldridge and Rev. Harold Arrington officiating. Burial will follow at Pierce Cemetery. Pallbearers were members of the Atmore VFW post.
