Obituaries for March 7, 2004 edition of the Atmore Advance
Tiffany L. Kircharr
Mrs. Tiffany L. Kircharr, 35, died Sunday, February 29, 2004 in Atmore.
Mrs. Kircharr was a native and lifetime resident of Atmore. She worked with the Volunteer Fire Department of Jay as a computer specialist and was interested in geneology research. She attended Judson College and Westside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Mr. Jerry H. Kircharr.
She was survived by her husband, Mr. Michael Kircharr of Atmore; her mother, Adrian Taylor Baxley of Atmore; special mother-in-law, Mary Kircharr of Atmore; father, John P. Taylor of Atmore; two sisters, Tierney Lancaster and Andrea Taylor, both of Atmore; a brother, Sean Taylor of Hurley, Miss.; an uncle, Joey and Carolyn Liles of Pensacola; a niece, Tessa Lancaster; two cousin, Christy Liles White of Jonesboro, Ga. and Scott Liles of Pensacola; an aunt, Ruth Marshall of Atmore and two grandmothers, Ms. Ruby Wiggins of Atmore and Ms. Lela Kircharr of Uriah.
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 4 at 3:30 p.m. at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Grindle officiating.
Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Alan Garvin, George Hayles, Scott Liles, John Roley, Chris Singleton and Wesley Weaver.
Eastside Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
James Alan Poston
Ms. James Alan Poston, 41, of Fayetteville, N.C. died Wednesday, March 3, 2004 in Fayetteville. He was born in Montgomery, on April 15, 1962.
He is survived by his father, Robert Earl and Beverly Poston; two sons, Michael Alan Poston and William Paul Poston; four brothers, Robert Earl Poston Jr., William Earl Poston, Terry Lewis Poston and Craig Colwell Jr.; three sisters, Rebecca Colwell, Kim Colwell and Leah Colwell.
Services will be held Sunday, March 7, 2004 at 2 p.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Earl Harrison officiating. Burial followed in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Corinna Bree Pugh
Corinna Bree Pugh died Saturday, February 28, 2004, at a Pensacola hospital.
She is survived by her parents, Jimbo and Nicole Pugh of Navarre, Fla.; her brother, Trevor Pugh of Navarre; grandparents, Rev. James and Martha Pugh of Flomaton and Buddy and Melissa Brown of Flomaton; great-grandparents, Mrs. Edna Pugh of Montrose, Miss., David and Nell Matheny of Flomaton and Alice Brown of Flomaton; great-great-grandmother, Ruby Huggins of Century and numerous cousins.
Graveside services were held Saturday, March 6 at 11 a.m. at Flomaton Cemetery.
Eastside Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Sarah Nell Conn White
Mrs. Sarah Nell Conn White, 77, of Atmore died Friday, March 5, 2004. She was a Homemaker born in Uriah to the late John Emmett and Alma Grutrude Coleman Conn.
She is preceded in death by a son, John Harold White; a brother, Harold Conn; a sister, Laura Wideman.
She is survived by three sons, Carl and Georgia White of Dothan, Alan Wayne White and Mark White, both of Atmore; one brother, John Conn of Atmore; one sister, Margaret Tyree of Atmore and three grandchildren, Nikkie White, Eric White and Jennifer White.
Gravesides services were held Saturday March 6 at 2 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Pauline W. White
Pauline W. White, 82, of Atmore died Sunday, February 29, 2004. Mrs. White, a Cherokee County native, had lived in Atmore the past four years. She was a member of Piedmont Church of God and the Piedmont Senior Citizens.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Henry White; one son, Frank Robertson.
She is survived by a daughter, Martha Hammonds of Atmore; a brother, Ed Williams of Rock Run; two sisters, VeraLaw of Century and Catherine McFry of Ocala, Fla.; two grandchildren, Shelley Dun and Stacey Wooten; five step-grandchildren, Gerald Lankford, Elmina King, Edwina Gibbs, Hulene Smith and Devon Lankford; four great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services were Tuesday, March 2 at 2 p.m. at Folsom-Mickelsen Funeral Home in Piedmont with the Rev. Jerry Warren officiating. Burial followed at Piedmont Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers were Gerald Lankford, Devon Lankford, Charles Laney, Tim Merrill, Ted Gibbs and Gerald Wayne King.
Folsom-Mickelsen Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
