The Atmore Community Cancer Support Group will meet at First Assembly of God Church. Special speaker for this month is Mary Jane Schrock, RN, Health Educator for the Atmore Community Hospital. Meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited.
Perdido School registration will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. in the school cafeteria for grades first through eighth. Extended day registration will be from 2 to 4 p.m. A kindergarten parent meeting will be held at 6 p.m.
July 19-23
Graduation Exam Testing Schedule Monday-Social Studies, Tuesday-Science, Wednesday-Math, Thursday-Reading and Friday-Language. Testing will be for upcoming Senior Class and all classes graduating prior to 2005. All students testing have to be at Escambia County High School at 8:45 a.m.
July 20
Northview Sports Booster Club meeting for members and prospective members at 6:30 p.m. at Northview High School in Room 202. Contact Beverly Digmon at 256-2649 for questions.
July 21-24
Vacation Time with the Ladies of Essence for four days and three nights in Orlando, Fla. Ages 3-9 is $139.00 and ages 10 and over is $233.00. Payment is due in full on July 17, 2004, no personal checks will be accepted. For more in formation call Brenda Watkins at 368-8616.

The Escambia County Board of Education's Federal Programs Advisory Committee will meet at 1 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Atmore Central Office, 501 South Pensacola Avenue. The public is invited.

July 23
Homeschooling/Home Education Conference in Monroeville from 9-4p.m. It will be at the First Baptist Church ofMonroeville in the CAC building behind the church. Free of charge and open to current and prospective homeschoolers.
Donna Knox with Dayspring Academy, a featured speaker at Homeschooling Conferences will be our main speaker. She is the mother of 9 and has home educated for 20 years.
Donna De Poalo will be joining us also.

The 22nd annual reunion of the Peacock Family Association of the South will be held in Goldsboro, N.C., at the Holiday Inn Express. The Greater Escambia for the Arts will present Oklahoma at Escambia County High School. Shows are at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $6 for adults, $4 for children. Tickets are available at United Bank or from any cast member. Call 368-3899 for more information.

Meet the Teacher Day for first and second grade students is scheduled from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Rachel Patterson Elementary School.
